VPSAs are designed from the ground up for the Cloud. By combining the best of traditional Storage Area Networks (SANs), Network-Attached Storage (NAS) and Cloud storage— Predictable Performance, scale, reliability, and privacy—they finally put an end to your Cloud migration dilemmas. Even security is addressed. With the optional Encryption feature, your data privacy is assured because you own and manage your keys.

Zadara VPSAs turn standard servers and drives into feature rich, Enterprise-class, Predictable Performance, well-isolated Virtual Private Storage Arrays. They give you complete control over your VPSAs via both a GUI and REST API. You can select the throughput (cores and memory), the types of drives you fully own (e.g., SSD, SAS, or SATA), the level of data protection (e.g., RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 or 60), and the network bandwidth—just like you would with a physical storage array.

File and Network-Attached Storage (NAS)

While block storage protocols like iSCSI boast the lowest possible latency, there is no simpler way to mount a volume onto a Cloud server than using file shares. And, as the name “file share” implies, Zadara VPSAs allow sharing, i.e., mounting volumes onto multiple Cloud servers at the same time.

Even better, Zadara VPSAs support both iSCSI and NFS simultaneously, which means you can create the optimal environment for each of your Cloud applications, individually.
